DreamMoth

Terms of Service

Last updated: June 16, 2026

Welcome

By using DreamMoth, you agree to these terms. The big ones: DreamMoth is a free tool for reflection and fun, its readings are not professional advice, and you're responsible for what you type into it.

What DreamMoth is

DreamMoth is a free website that uses AI to generate interpretations of dreams you describe. It exists for personal reflection, curiosity, and entertainment.

Not professional advice

DreamMoth's interpretations are for entertainment and self-reflection only. They are not medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other professional advice, and they are not a substitute for a qualified professional. Dreams can't diagnose or predict anything. If you're struggling or in crisis, please reach out to a professional — in the US you can call or text 988 (the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) any time.

Who can use it

You must be at least 13 (or the minimum age of digital consent where you live) to use DreamMoth, and you confirm you have the right to agree to these terms.

Acceptable use

Please use DreamMoth respectfully. You agree not to:

AI-generated content

Readings are generated by an AI model. They may be inaccurate, surprising, repetitive, or simply not to your taste, and two readings of the same dream may differ. Everything is provided “as is” — take what resonates and leave the rest.

Your content & ownership

You own the dream text you submit, and you're responsible for it. By submitting a dream, you grant us a limited license to process that text solely to generate and deliver your reading (which includes sending it to our AI provider). On the free tool, we don't store it afterward.

Our intellectual property

The DreamMoth name, brand, site, design, and content are ours and are protected by law. Please don't copy or reuse them without permission.

Availability

DreamMoth is a free service offered “as is” and “as available.” We may add, change, pause, or discontinue features at any time, and we don't guarantee uninterrupted access.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DreamMoth is provided without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Because DreamMoth is free, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us — which is nothing.

Changes to the service & these terms

We're actively building DreamMoth, so both its features and these terms will evolve. When we update the terms, we'll change the “Last updated” date above; continuing to use DreamMoth after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
